Pollution bug

Yeah it just kept right on counting. I played until 10,300 or so. I had built the maximum number of cities, maxed out their population, built all the improvements, and lastly, connected cities with trade routes. There was nothing else to do, so then I got bored! :-)

I once modified every single square of the game a couple of years ago, then I got extremely bored. I was researching future tech @265, no pollution, a dozen of settlers, @30 cities and plenty of bombers and mech inf. I noticed the pollution bug to be true only when I play in the Emperor level. In another Emperor level save game I successfully destroyed all other civs except for one enemy city. I successfully built surrounding cities around the enemy city. In the surrounding cities I built a bunch of nukes and before waging war I saved the game. When I feel bad or I hear about terrorism I just open the save game and just let all my nukes on that one little enemy city.

I would never go past 5000 AD because I would always get bored.
