I have Vanilla, G & K and BNW, but cannot find a download for these 2 civs

unfortunately, the only free dlc is the one with the Mongols.
but there's also a "gold edition" upgrade, giving you all the available dlc, additionally including Korea, Denmark and the Inca

Not free. The Gold Upgrade might be the most economical option for you, even though you already have G&K (Gold includes G&K, but not BNW).

40€. On sale usually 20€. Sometimes maybe even 10€ only. That's of course the best option if you lack all DLC.

I'm expecting CiV to get a 50% discount on steams halloween sale (end of october) and I'm fairly sure it's gonna be a 75% discount for the christmas sale.

You can also click on the listed DLC there to buy them one by one, which of course isn't very economical especially if it's not on sale/discount.

If you have *everything else*, the gold edition won't be very economical for you, better to buy the individual DLC.
