Popheads conversion

For Civilization 3, to a scenario where you could convert Popheads adverse to our nation, these religious buildings Popheads have their own nation.

For example, a missionary Iroquois would be in a French city for transormer a French citizen in Iroquois.

I think missionaries are only in Civ 4.

If you want to know what nation the citizens are in a city you have conquered, there is a pophead mod for that. I use it in my games. If that's what you're looking for, I can give the link to it.
