Possible to give a city to an ally?

I am playing a 2v2v2 team game in BTS. I just took a city from Sitting Bull, but it is half way across the continent from my empire. My teammate though has territory right next to it. Is there a way to simply give her the city?

Sure, why not? You can easily gift cities. Especially if your ally's capital is closer to this city. But of course there are other factors to consider.
