The Beginning of the End - A Post Fallout Timeline
2020 Feb. 20
What looked like minor political unrest to the onlooking world, on February the twentieth of 2020, Russia suddenly reinstated a Communist government. Before the rest of the world could react, China raised the red flag and formed an alliance with the new Communist government of Russia.
2020 March 1
Russia unveils a frighteningly superior nuclear arsenal. With no aggravation, two modified ICBM nuclear missiles are launched from a cluster of previously unknown missile silos located roughly 20 miles south of Moscow, with the intended target of London. The Prime Minister is killed in the attack, along with the Royal Family. Communist sleeper cells in Berlin arrive soon after in England via helicopter, jet and boat and begin to secure the U.K. for Russian invasion forces.
2020 March 2
One millions troops marching under the red flag begin a volatile warpath through western Europe.
2020 March 20
Russia establishes a firm military foothold over the whole of Europe and Asia.
2020 April 5
American F27 Prototype stealth bombers break through theair defense systems in Russia and decimate Moscow. Several M1-17 "Arrowhead" missiles are launched from U.S. missile silos, rupturing the main supply line from Russia to western Europe and destroying key cities and manufacturing plants.
2020 April 6
Russia counters the American missile strike by launching 10 dummy nukes with poor navigations systems and one "Red Thunder" nuclear ICBM. U.S. missile defense systems are able to destroy the poorly guided dummy nukes over the open ocean, but while doing so they let the larger, more advanced missile slip by. The "Red Thunder" ICBM hits Washington D.C. Luckily the President was not in Washington, but in a safehouse in Roswell. The city and all it's inhabitants were burnt to a crisp.
2020 April 7
Russian troops invade the east coast in force but are unable to gain a foot hold against America's superior fire power and air dominance. Nearly half of the Russian invasion force was cut down at sea by tactical missiles and fighter jets which managed to break through the inferior Communist air escort.
2020 April 8
The Communist Empire puts operation "First Step" into action. Somehow the North American Missile Defense Grid is shut down for a period of ten minutes. Five Russian nuclear missiles hit separate targets in the United States. The fallout is tremendous. The nuclear devices were not only highly destructive and radioactive, but they also contained bio-chemical waste products, which distributed itself along with the radiation.
2020 April 9
With a speed reminiscent of the German Blitzkrieg, A second wave of Russian troops overwhelm the American beaches on the east coast.
2020 April 10
American citizens retreat to underground fallout shelters.
2020 April 20
What is left of the American military prepares itself for a last stand against the communist threat. Reinforced by determined civillians and remnants of foreign militaries, the newly formed IACA (Intercontinental Anti-Communist Army) are prepared to give everything to push back the communist invaders.
