Post new 2k-launcher, NFP packs have disappeared?

I just fired up my first game post new-2K launcher, and none of the new packs that come with NFP appear in the game list of mods to enable. In the 2K launcher, all the new packs are checked, NFP is listed as installed. But once I get into the game, none of the NFP packs are there.

I tried unchecking the new packs, validating the files, restarting, then checking the new packs, and validating the files again. Anyone else have this problem?
