I found a tribal wolf drawing on the internet, so I made it smaller and slightly modified it for use as a unit...

Heres a pretty good para with his parachute visible youd have to covert it to ToT format though.

i think this guys parachute looks a little more airworthy than the rectangular one, :p

Can someone make me nanobomb / nanodeconstructor graphics? Thanks in advance :)

Description: They both sorta look like dust clouds. Blue for the 'bomb, purple or red for the 'deconstructor.

Yes, making good terrain isn't as easy as most people think. I've also spent a lot of time working on terrain graphics. Getting them to tile seamlessly and integrate well with other terrain types in a scenario can be difficult. There have been many scenarios released in the last couple of years containing the latest and greatest unit graphics, only to be let down by absolutely dire terrain.

Those fortified/fortress icons were done last year for use with Techumseh's Market Garden scenario. I haven't touched Curt's airbases. Why don't you just use the original 8-bit Civ2 graphics for the fortified/fortress icons if that's the look you're after? The original airbase icons are a little on the ordinary side, though.

I don't know them all, either, but I've tried to fill in a few of the gaps. I've also added a few common ones.

These are based on the dust cloud graphics from SimCity 2000...

I Yes, we could, but that could be too easy mistaken for a mine graphic.

Good idea. But it won't fit much with the Towelite Settler ot the Common Drill unit. (We could of course use one graphic for the Towelites and ditch the Drill unit.)

OK, now I know that I need to upload the terrain files. But not the terrainx.bmp's. I'll upload screenies of the terrain instead.

Yes, maybe going with the original graphics is a good idea. But I haven't heard any feedback on them from other people yet, so I won't do anything.

I'll leave it up to S290 to decide about them. I also want to know what paratrooper unit to use.

It's great to see that there is so much interest in this. If we could just get over the "post a lot of stuff, but don't discuss it" we can really speed up progress.

@C_H: The first one isn't showing up for me (little box w/ the red "x"). The second one will do nicely for the deconstructor, though :)

The first one is basically the same, except with a blue tint instead of a red tint...
