Post any civilization idea whether real, fictional, or a figment of your imagination here for Civilization V. The only info I need is the name of the civilization, its leader, and what territory it does or would control on the real Earth. I will take care of everything else. If the civilization has existed in use past, you do not need to put what territory they would control. After I am done, I will put up the civilization up for download, along with an Earth 2014 map and 2 unique scenarios for it. There are no holds barred, feel free to post anything that comes up in your mind, don't hold back!

I want the United Station Space Rangers (USSR) with its leader Vlad Rodham. It would basically be raging barbs for BERT. If a station is attacked for more than 3 turns, or is ready to dissolve from lack of trade, it will become a USSR city and start sending out combat units to pillage the surrounding area. I have backstory if you want it.
