Posted, but 'last post info' not updated?

An hour ago I posted in the MELIKILLER1 thread (Succession Games CIV3). After I hit <enter>, I got an error that the server wasn't available. Then I noticed that the thread didn't move to the top of the threads and Belisar (the last one before mine) was still shown as the last one that posted. Still my post was there with the correct date/time as the last in the thread. What happened?

EDIT: when posting this one I also got the 'white screen' , with this info:

Yea, I've noticed that too. Seems like it's been going on for about 3 hrs or so.

I was wondering why the SG forum wan't getting any posts, at first I thought I was crazy!!

Had this happen to me too in the Quick Answers thread in Civ3:GD. My UserCP didn't update (I use that to navigate amoung the boards I read here) either.. . . Thought my browser was messed up with the latter, and CFC messed up with the former. . . .

Edit: And it happened again as I tried to respond to this thread. I didn't get the 'newreply' screen, it white-screened on me immediately, and yet my post was still here. . .

Strange things are afoot at CFC (again). . . .

Take a look at Civ3 General Discussions. It's really messed up. About a half dozen posts with 0 replies (but there are replies in them).

Well, first of all the last post dates make absolutely no sense.

Second there is a thread called "DELETE" by Iceman in OT which is listed as Sticky without a reply but contains a reply by Kilroy.

And probably more...

The last post date in the demogame forum is listed as October 11 at 11:04 PM EST but several people have posted there since then, including me.

And plus, I can't access the post or edit confirmation pages.
