I would hope that it was innocent ... and a simple re-rename and appology would surfice ... but judging by Provo's own words

i would rather remain silent on this issue but i am compelled to comment

spirit of the game refering to what ybbor so elegantly posted previously it is something that is obviously wrong or against the rules or something that would other wise screw with the game in a bad way and make it suck for everyone else (simple to understand no?)

punishment should definately not be harsh a warn minimium or a suspension for 1 turn maximum this is a very touchy subject so i won't get involved much but i must STRESS that you do not piss TNT off (i hate getting on people bad side) by doing the i hit you you hit me all im saying is let us be the bigger person and walk away (or whatever) but whatever decision you guys make is fine by me

yes, we must remember that TNT is not represented by Provo.

I think 2 turns is exceedingly harsh. 1 turn is appropriate, but personally, I don't think its such a big deal. like I said before, the game isn't different because of this. if there was a way to do half a turn I'd do that, but there isn't; and I'm fine with letting it go

Currently RegentMan and Rik Meleet and I are working out a sufficient verdict that will hopefully please everyone.

And sorry, fe3333, we are not doing 'public votes' (public trial, so to speak, that would be interesting however, you would need a 3rd party for prosecution and defense), in order to stamp down on revenge / personal voting rather than viewing the situation unbiased.
