Power ratio on scoreboard

this file will enable power ratio on the leader scoreboard if you're not using Advanced Tactics.

Backup the original if you want to play MP as files need to be identical between players. Goes to Assets/python/screens

You also have to enable power ratio in the BUG options ( click the ladybug icon in the upper left corner, then goto scoreboard tab - thanx CurseUppl for pointing this out )

eureka! I managed to edit this file so that it only shows power rating on scoreboard with an embassy when using Advanced Tactics, and always shows it when not using it.

the file is already up to date with all the latest SVN changes so it's 2.42 ready. Tholal, please please please include this... I don't want to reapply this each patch breaking MP in the process. thanks in advance!
