What happens to the government of the Netherlands in this timeline?
Historically, the government of the United Provinces was pretty bizarre and complex in a way that doesn't fit into a "Every 4 years there is an election to elect the Executive." party-politics type model implied by the example stats. (No elections, representatives in the Estates General voting according to the directions of the provincial Estate, who weren't elected either, they were from, the closest thing to an executive leader being actually just the Treasurer of the Holland Province who arranged consensus in the Estates General, Stadtholder actually officially just a military position which later evolved into being a consensus maker in the Estates as well and being made literally hereditary by 1750, etc.)
I haven't read the timeline, so for all I know the government of the Netherlands reforms in a huge way at some point in the 100 years intervening. Does it?
