Do we need a poll to decide where to prebuild the wonder?

The most 'concrete' proposal I can make right now is this:
Fox Next: Get a bank built then work on Copernicus. (Astronomy should be available to us very soon.)
PDX: Finish a bank then start a palace as a wonder pre-build.
Pherris: Get a bank built then build Smith's Trading Co.
Khatovar: Build a bank then start Wall St. if it is available.
Eyr: Get a bank built. Switch to palace for pre-building once PDX switches off the palace to a wonder.
I think it's too early to poll for most of these but the descision on Smith's and Copernicus's may come up this turn chat so I will start polls for them now.

I intended to start a poll but clicked the wrong thing. I started a new thread on this subject in the hopes that citizens will post 'yes' or 'no' votes on this subject. i have asked those who vote 'yes' to reccomend where we pre-build and which wonder we should aim for.
