Precision bombing

Ive built stealth bombers but cant find out how to precision bomb. I still have just the buttons of a regular bomber.

Can anyone inform me how you go about accessing and using precision bombing?

The tech Smart Weapons enables the ability to precision bomb.

Yep, you can't use Precision Bombing until you get Smart Weapons.

I found that out the hard way once. I had recently built a nice shiny force of Stealth Bombers and was ready to wreak havoc on my neighbors' cities with them... only to find I couldn't use Precision Bombing. So I just bombed the crap out of everything that moved and conquered the world.
