Pressing esc for a demand.

In GS, "ignore" this request is gone now for crap like troops on border. But you can press esc anyways. What does that count as?

Good question. Didn't pay attention to it, but it's easy to test: press ESC to the next demand, and then check the leader to see if they have new grievances and the reason. That will tell you if the ESC counted as a NO.
