PS: I love the NA's taking over the rest of the world idea, but will their be european/asian NPC's once we get there?

Yes, for example one nation may start traveling to GB through greenland. On the way they encounter a savage tribe of Irish. Or as the Taino tribe start going south they may encounter a tribe of warrior Amazons. Same for Asia.
