Printing Manual from Civ IV Gold

I have Civ IV gold, and I want a paper copy of the manual. I took the CD to staples, but they said I needed some sort of copyright permission or permission to print. I e-mailed 2K games, and I got an automated response saying that I would get another respose within 24 hours. I e-mailed them about 3 days ago. I am starting to wonder wether I am being ignored. Has anyone else gone through this process, or has any suggestions?

I have to agree with meatwad here; why can't you just print a copy out at home? There probably are legal issues with getting someone else to do it, so why bother?

Hoooohhh...snap., that's a lot...If its stored on a file in the computer, change the font size to 9 (readable but tiny), and minimize the tables and such. This is really tough.
