Probability of spy getting caught/catching enemy?

Is there any chance this could be implemented like combat odds? Or have I missed it?

Not sure what useful info BUG could tell you. Here's the rules: Spy Detection

I don't think that BUG will be adding this as it seems a little esoteric (ie not as central as battle) and when would you display it - as part of the spy unit's hover? What about your chance of catching a spy? That would get nasty as you would have a different percentage for each opponent.
