Problem Downloading Gods and Kings

I preordered Gods and Kings a few weeks ago from Steam, today I want to download and play it, but Civilization V won't update, it just says "Update paused" and clicking "Resume Updating" is not working. Is this a server overload or..?

Thanks in advance for any possible help that can be provided here.

UPDATE: After waiting around for two hours it seems to be working now, so perhaps it was the server.

I bought it 2h ago, but I don't see anything in "download" section. Is there some delay or what is the problem? Anyone else has the same?

You're in Finland - only the US has the game for the moment. The rest of the world I believe has to wait until the 22nd. I'm in the UK, so in the same position as you. It's incredibly frustrating in this digital age to still have staggered release dates.
