problem downloading

I've got a problem downloading stuff from maps/ scenarios pages, etc because I don't know what username and password is required to download from 3d Downloads. I've used my fanatics info to no avail, and I can't see the members section or registering section from the 3d Downloads homepage - how is everyone else doing this?
Apologies if this is an obvious question and I missed the giant "members this way" sign

I can't download anything either, i do believe it's just the 3d downloads server that are down.
