I think I'm missing something. (Hardly a first.
)
I'm trying to set an AI player to be the human player's vassal state. However, when I use the World Builder to set, say, Augustus as a vassal, it sets it to vassal by capitulation, with all of the "automatic cancellation" clauses (land area, etc). Is there a way to set a "proper" vassal state rather than a capitulated one?
One other minor issue: do the sliders in the Diplomacy pane of the World Builder actually accomplish anything? It seems as though setting them anywhere (-100, 0, or +100) has absolutely no effect.
Thanks in advance to the geniuses who knew the answers!
