Problem installing demo (error -6003)

I'm having a problem installing the demo that I haven't seen posted on here. After downloading the zip file from fileplanet, I expand the archive and launch "setup." As soon as "setup" runs, I get an Installshield Wizard error dialog box that says...

• Close any running programs
• Empty your temporary folder
• Check your internet connection
• Error -6003

I've shutdown all programs and the "extras" running in my system tray. I disabled Norton Anti-Virus temporarily as well.
I've looked for the temp folder, but I'm not sure where Installshield would put the temp files.
I've disabled Norton Firewall temporarily.

None of these measures make any difference. Does anyone have any suggestions?
