problem installing the patch 3.19

hi guys, I'm having trouble installig the 3.19 patch for BTS. It goes through the preliminaries but when it tries to install it just freezes (the installation not the whole computer).

Are you trying to install in-game or by down loading the patch?
Are you trying to patch a CD/DVD version (if so which one) or a downloaded version?
If you are using vista are you running the patch as administrator (right-click on .exe and select run as administrator), if not try that.
Otherwise please post your dxdiag results to help people try and help.
