Problem with BMPtoWBS Converter

Not sure where to get help, so asking here.

I have tried and tried to get the default scenario to work with this program, following the instructions in Chapter 5, and I keep getting to a screen that says "Waiting for Civ Choices . . ." then after that, it says Leader Description. Nothing else loads.

Please help me.

I've also tried editing the xml file and localizing it (making a asset folder within the mod folder).

I still get the same result.

In fact, it seems the only thing that got it past that screen was to make the second civilization (france) playable, which then lets me play as Napoleon only, then results in a "you are defeated".

Try using only the empty scenario, thats the only one i ever use.

I'm trying to learn how to do a scenario in python, which seems better than the worldbuilder and the other civ4 editors (couple of them don't seem to work at all).

So I thought the sample scenario would be of help, if only I could get it to work.

Looks like I'm stuck with the world builder.
