Problem with Civ 5 Website

Hi, First Post after lurking on the Forums for about a year .
Anyway, whenever I go on http://www.civilization5.com all I get is a mostly black screen with a little border at the bottom with Language choices and some logos. Now, from what everyone else is saying here, there should be more than that, right?
So why is it that all I'm getting is a blank screen?

Check you have flash player installed.

Well, I did try to install 10.1 just before I posted this thread, to no avail.
I'll check later on my Laptop, just to make sure it isn't my 7 year old PC acting up. Thanks anyway .

Additionally JavaScript has to be enabled.
If you don't know what this means, then it is activated.

Other possible reasons:
- Firewall which could block some things
- Proxies with a filter

I know you said you had a computer, but just in case your also using an Iphone, they don't allow flash player. I don't know if macs are the same way?

Macs have Flash player.
