Problem with Map Editor from the June Update

So most of the time I use the Civ VI map editor that came out in the June update, I start the game unable to recruit great people. I've reloaded the game but on the great people screen it shows that all great people have been recruited already.

The map editor (WorldBuilder) is only basic and allows to create only map. The advance mode is not officially released. Hope the advance mode is released soon.

The disappearing great people seems to be a more general bug.
