Problem with next turn-button.

Hey, my game keeps annoying me by automaticly choosing next turn-option when it thinks all possible is done. i often have things to do such as shoot enemy from city or wake a unit from sleep but i cant do them if i accidentally do all non-optional things before doing those options i mentioned before. how can i set my next round-option for me only to choose? to make it non-automatic?

In the game's Options menu there is an option "Single Player Auto End Turn" or something similar. Uncheck it.
