Problem with some of my mods

I have been doing a story here on the site, and recently the game stopped working, crashing any time I try and load the game. I do not think that there is a problem with the save itself, as it doesn't work when starting a new game with the same mods installed. The problem arose after I redownloaded all the mods I have. I deleted the MODS folder, the Cache folder, and the Mod User Data folder before downloading, and I have done that again afterwards when it didn't work. All mods are in the same version as before, and I have validated the game cache several times. Anyone have any suggestions?
