Problem with units not going above 10 level

None of my units will progress beyond 10th level. I down loaded the 032 mod and the patch i, which made a lot of changes to my game, but can not figure out why my units will not progess any further. If any one has a suggestion I would be greatfull. I am playing as Grigori.

Free XP for Hero Promotion will stop at 100 XP. Barbarians (and animals) will only give you any XP in combat up till 100 XP unless you attach a Great Commander, have the Raiders Trait, or use Valor spell effect.
