Problem with XML making

I made 2 new game speeds but for the new game speeds, they're Legendary Culture requirement is 0....
How to fix it?

Moderator Action: Moved to C&C.

Assets\XML\GameInfo\CultureLevelInfos.xml. In there it's defined how much culture you need for each level in each of the game speeds.
The file is not present in Beyond The Sword or Warlords, you have to take it from the base game.
