Problems installing BTS in Windows 7

Hello,

I've recently gone from Vista to Windows 7 RC Beta Build 7100.

Civ IV BTS worked fine before, but now when I go to install it in W7, it doesn't make it past the InstallShield Wizard.

The progress bar makes it about 95% and then I get an error message that reads:

"Sid Meier's Civ 4 is not installed properly. Please re-install and then retry the Sid Meier's Civ 4: BTS installation."

Any ideas on what I should do? Like I said, the game installed and ran perfectly on Vista.

is civ4 installed?
did you install it with administrator rights?
did you patch it prior to installing BtS?
