Problems using Super Spy Mod

Hi

Im trying to play civ 4 with the super spy mod but everytime i attempt to destroy a terrain improvement the game crashes.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Sounds fairly solvable, meaning this all should have been done in XML, which makes it easily solveable. Best suggestion for now is to look into the unit-xml, find the spy unit and see if everything is in order with the tags. However, does the respective mod have no thread of its own?
