Problems with 3.19 - still expansive +3 health

Hello guys!

I had to uninstall civ on my vista computer. Now I wanted to reinstall the game but it doesn't work the way it should.

The expansive trait still gives +3 health per city although the ingame info screen tells me I am runnig the 3.19 version.
Mehmed II's leader head is red.

I installed the game with all 3 original cds (Vanilla, Warlords, BTS). I did it for 4 times now and it never worked properly

Would be cool if someone could help me!

I solved the problem thanks to the fantastic sticky at the top of the Technical Support section explaining step by step how to install this game on vista machines: Installing Civ 4 on Windows 7/Vista (32-/64-bit) by kiwitt.

Win7/Vista is a different OS (i.e. internally known as Windows 6.1/6.0) versus Windows XP/2000 (i.e. Windows 5.1/5.0), so they have changed quite a few things since Civ 4 was first released.
