Problems with CC Multiplayer

Since I installed the new Civ Conquest I can't play The internet multiplayer game cause when I try to get into the firts screen they reboot the game. I don't know why? Any sugestion??

Does they make a new patch or something? please let me know

What are your system settings? Are you using a firewall/router? What steps did you take to reproduce the bug? Do you have any screenshots?

Well, I use a Mcafee firewall but i turn it off any time i try to play. last time i try to play in PTW and its looks it was going to work, I Actually could chat (at least send messages) true the chat screen. But when i try to join a game a leyend apear, its say something like "Unable to locate drawer buffer..." Something like this.

In Conquest they dont even let me enter the chat screen.

Any advice? Please help me!

P.S.

I reinstalled the game twice... And its the same problem.

Also i try to install the Game Spy software.

It's an original game, not copy.

i have the same prob, despite doing many posts no one has got back to me, have u had any luck?

NO, not at all.. nobody know about it.. actually i write to the people in Firaxis, i think we have a prob with the display or de Monitor drivers
