Hi, I'm new to the site.
I have encountered a problem with the money aspect of Civ 3. I started a new game and it was adding no money. I went to change it and where the financial percentages are supposed to show up (for science and happiness) no percentages showed up (just the plus and minus signs). I clicked on them and nothing happened, it remained on plus zero percent.
I've played lots of games on civ 3 before this happened and the problem doesn't come up when I play loaded games. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but the probelem is still there. How do I fix this problem?
