probs with resource box

It happens frequently that it says I don't have a resource when I clearly do. For example, this bugged the hell outta me today coz it stopped me winning the space race by a WHISKER (couldnt build fuel cells coz didn't have uranium) I check and double check, and it says I DO have uranium...
do i need a patch? I never patched anything b4..

Did you have all the needed sciences to build the fuel cell? I would double check that...
And it would be a good idea to upgrade the game to the latest patch, 1.21f.

Was the city that had Uranium linked to the rest of your empire? There may have been a gap in your road network or perhaps the city needs a harbor or something.

I did HAVE all the needed sciences... and i also was linked by rail absolutely everywhere.. but ok thx will get dam patch b4 i play again, thank u thank u
