Produced warrior disappears on completion (1.0.0.129)

I am producing a warrior and have 1 turn to go.
I am at the same time developing the Tech Iron Working (for Swordsmen) and have 1 turn to go.

I should have swapped the Tech to another Tech for one turn, but I forgot.
I press NEXT TURN

And the production does not show a Swordsman at some more turns, but it shows production finished !
(without producing anything)

I had the same (sort of ) thing happen to me. The unit you are producing becomes outdated and you dont have the strategic resource to make the next tier unit so it just gets canceled. It happened to me with a swordsman(the Macedon unique unit) production ending on the same turn as the tech that unlocks musketman without having Niter or wtvr its called to make them. In my humble opinion its not a bug but a flaw in the game.

That must be the explanation,
I had only 1 iron resource mined
and the city had no encampment
 
In my case, I swapped the tech research (1 turn left) before complete swordsman, but accidentally found an eureka for Niter from tribe village.
It's really hard to know when you get an eureka/ inspiration that cancel unit producing.
