Production Queue & Enhanced Load Screens

Hi, I'm very new here.

I was looking for a "Production Queue"-mod, I haven't been able to find it, but I thought it would be a very very useful addition. I have see on Steam (click here), but not yet here.

I also thought these Enhanced Load Screens (click here) would be useful - especially for a beginner like me.

So therefore these requests/ideas. If it may already be on this site, my apologies, I could not find it.
