Professional Army not work ?

I know on my games it shows up towards the top middle of the screen - like an announcement for other minor game happenings. Hope this helps.

So that means you found it not working too? I am not sure if I get what you actually mean. My bad bad English
I didn't see the announcement when killed units.

I don't want to make new thread and describe another bug found, so may admin rename the title of this thread as "v106 bugs" or smth like that.
Blitz promotion seems to not work for ranged (crossbowman) as well as cavalry (knights). After first attack I wanted conduct the next without moving but I couldn't.

And embarked units still tend to die after first hits. I saw it in "Crossbowman vs embarked medieval units"

Is this the English version of Civ or another language? I will investigate the blitz promotion and embarked units.

Update: I found and fixed the problem with Blitz. Embarked units appear to work correctly. It depends on the relative strength between the attacking and embarked units.

Are you playing the English version of Civilization, or a different language version? It is difficult to update all languages, because I only speak English and some German. I have to rely on players who speak other languages fluently to translate the mod.

You don't need to bother a mod for a thread name change - all you need to do is click "Edit" on the first post, click "Go Advanced" and you can edit the thread name there (Referred to as "title" which can always be seen above the window where you type your posts).

That only works for threads with no replies. In a thread with replies it changes the title within the thread, but not when viewed from the forum -- the latter requires a mod's attention.

I play the English version. Initially I have installed Polish version and there were tons of bugies. I wasted 1 week time before figure out why is so.
May be you should put information in MOD desription that VEM is compatible only with English and German?

OK I get it. When quick combat is activated professional army doesn't work correctly.

The Quick Combat problem is one of the things on the Vanilla Bugs List we're unable to fix without the game core only Firaxis has access to.
