Proposal: Test Forum

This would be a forum for testing out avatars, signatures, attachments, etc... (smilies)

Any topical posts outside of obvious testing related stuff would be moved.

You can change your avatar/sig and then go back to one of your old posts to check if everything went fine. Changes are made instantly.
In other words: no need for such a forum.

Hmn... It could be a good idea, if posts are not counted. They could all be deleted every day ore something, and nobody would have a reason to spam there because nobody wants to see anybody else's stuff. It might work...

Like others, I don't see the point in this. In what way would a specialized forum designed only for testing stuff be better for testing stuff than a regular forum? In other words, say you want to test an attachment. Just test it in the post that you want to include it in. If it doesn't work, that's okay.

We had this, and all people did was abuse it.

With vBB, you can test sigs and avatars in any post you have made, you don't need a special forum for it.
