Proposed Border Amendment: Bohemia and the North

The idea on a one city province is questionable. This proposal is meant to work around this problem.

I propose the following:

I. Add the Northern "gem" province cities to Bohemia (this includes the cities of Kuhkaff and Valhalla).
II. Add all land that belongs to the Northern province to Bohemia.

This will effectively solve our one city province problem and resolve Fionn's claim to choice of province.

this is exactly the second proposal in the border discussion poll. so this thread just questions a recently decided poll. no other new things added.

i highly recommend a OVERALL BORDER REDESIGN!
having this thing split up in dozens of threads is ridicullous.

i do repeat myself here, but i recommend not to continue repolling of issues which dont fit us immediately. im not in favor of our design as it came far too late in the game, but i will live with it and anothe "workaround" for the problems coming with it had already being posted.

I'm trying to avoid that... it took nearly two months to do the last one.

reason for that:
domestic department was not able to set up a single official poll >-(

we had about how many? i think 7 tried until we finally had a valid poll on the issue. if we would have done it right, then it would have been done within 2 weeks!
the problem was splitup discussion and not all options being taken and invalid poll formats.

disorganizers reasons for why the border proposals took so long to pass is exactly on point.

I am not opposed to revisiting all the borders. I am opposed to this plan, as the capitol province proposal passed by the citizens was specifically designed to create a single city province.

I'm a Floridian, I demand a recount!

I prefer this idea much better than the old one, but it does seem to be against what our previous poll had decided.
Honestly, in light of all of these recent discussions, I'm *positive* if the poll were voted on again, the capital province would be defeated. Not sure if that would make any difference or not.
