Proposed Joshua Tree NP

Good name for a National Park, Almightyjosh. I camped there a couple of years ago. It was great.

We maybe could implement a park-path from bmnp and spice bay up to the northern coast thru our whole nation!

ACK! My *house* is on that mountain!

On a slightly less shrill note, while I am all in favor of supporting the new National Park System, I would note a couple of small problems:

1) The area proposed is *heavily* built up, including major rail connections in the suburbs of Elephantine and Thebes, so i am not sure what is actually getting protected.
2) The pretty forest south of the mountain is Elephantine's famous Uranium Forest and is actually not that pretty when the glowing mine tailings are viewed at close range. It is also a major industrial area, supporting Elephantine's industry including the newly begun Spaceship Cockpit Assembly
3) My house is on that mountain, did I mention that?

I want to take a look at the game save when I have the chance (at work right now) but my first response is skepticism that this will gain us anything in the way of environmental protection without dismantling existing improvements.

what about protecting that nice big empty desert out there in the middle of Asphinxia? Aren't there nice stands of Almighty Trees out there?

No, no. It's not on the *top* of the mountain. It's on the side, about halfway down with a shrubbery, and another shrubbery, and a little path going through the middle.....

But I'll tell you, If I find Godinex snooping through the rose bushes again, or leaving any more trays of 'burnt offerings' on the bird feeder, there's gonna be hell to pay...
