PS3 Controller question:

Seeing as the PS3 controller is a USB device, is it possible to use it as a PC gamepad?

I had one of those Xbox wireless recievers, but it stopped working, so i'm without a gamepad atm.

It's possible, but requires a driver. The last time I tried it the drivers were still pretty new, and button mapping didn't work perfectly, but that was over a year ago.

Was reading up on that a bit...Might just be easier to go to EB and find a used wired 360 controller for cheap.

it is easier to just buy a 360 controller, but I made my ps3 controller work on the pc. (but it really is a shi*tloadof work).
