PS4 Bug Reports - where to post these please?

I usually play on my PC over STream, but recently also bought the full bundle for my PS4 as well for multiplayer games with a friend who only uses PS4.
So in GS - why do City States not have their walls on the PS4 please, and where should I post this report?
