Question; I downloaded ptw 1.27 double clicked on the application icon, it told me that it was installed, everything seemed hunky dorry but when I play civ iii it the icon at the bottom right still says 1.29 and ptw doesn't seem to have been installed! What should I do?

1.29 means you still only have the CivIII not PTW. Try to reinstall PTW. Or you might have to pick where the file gets installed to.

Or you might try playing PTW instead of Civ3

They are separate programs.
