Pure Advantage Quest Bug

I built the required facility but the quest never gave me a decision. Save is attached.

I'm seeing the same. Is there another leg to quest and it's simply not displaying it? Regardless, it still appears in my quest log. I've got a checkmark in the Built One Bionics Lab Bldg (1 built) place. Is there more to it?

(Incidentally, there's a typo in the last line. The word "guarantee" is misspelled. There's no letter 'u' in it.
