Putting Civ Intro into Mods

Hi All,

In vanilla Civ, you used to be able to include the "Civ Intro" video (In the beginning...) in a mod.

In BTS, you cannot do this. I had asked a couple/few years if it was possible to code something to allow the intro video to be played once again. No one knew at the time how to do it. I just wanted to bring this back up and see if anyone has had any luck doing this.

I am actually talking about the slideshow that plays during the loading screen. If you load up a game of vanilla BTS, you will see that it plays a slideshow with a voiceover by Leonard Nimoy while it is loading, and you have to click Play Game to advance to the Dawn of Man screen.

However, load a BTS mod and this slideshow will not appear, and instead you are taken directly to the Dawn of Man screen.

I want to find a way to add this slideshow back into a mod. Does anyone have any ideas?

I currently don't even have an idea where to look for it. It's not in the CvEventManager, i can't see anything referencing "slide". Since that part belongs somehow to the interface, it shouldn't be in the dll, right?
