BUG is installed with RevDCM. Sorry if that's the problem, I just don't even remember I'm playing a mod anymore because RevDCM feels like it's made by Firaxis, I even start it with a shortcut instead of loading it after starting the game. I would feel quite guilty if that's the problem and I just forgot telling it, haha

hhmm...RevDCM shouldn't be a problem, but I'll test it later, to be sure about that.
