I have a problem with cities that revolt each time you acquire them.
In game, I have 2 players (1 human and 1 AI) attacking a city. When 1 of these players get the city, there is always a revolt, and the city goes back to the original player (a third one, played by AI).
In the PY log files, I see "City captured", "City captured and kept" by the winner, and just after, it's again "City acquired", and "City acquired and kept" by the original player.
I've tried to acquire several times the city. The first time, the culture is 96% for the original player and 0% for the others. When a player has acquired the city several times, his culture growth to 1%, but the revolt occurs anyway.
Each time you press "End of Turn", you loose the city yous acquired.
The game is not playable with this...
Where will I find the definition of how a city is revolting ?
What should I modify ?
