Query regarding Gigabyte ATI card

Hi I'm currently using a Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro , and I have the gigabyte drivers installed on my card.

Is it recommended that I attempt to install ATI Radeoon HD 2400 Pro drivers from the official AMD/ATI site in the event that the gigabyte site doesn't update their ATI drivers? More importantly, will there possibly be any conflict if i install official ATI drivers onto my card?

Also will there be any difference in the drivers from both sites?



P.S. I posted this in the ATI drivers thread but no one seemed to be responding so I figured I'll post here too. Thanks in advance for any help

I would go for the ATI ones, the gigabyte ones are probably just the ATI drivers with there logo slapped on. Of course, if you find something wrong, try switching to gigabyte ones and seeing if it fixes it.
